  Such a dumb website; it lets you pre-order food.. go through the whole process of checkout and then cancels your order because the restaurant is currently closed! It's fricking open later when I actually want the food Foodora!!

  I can say the dumplings are quite small. $10.8-12.8 normally for 6 dumplings are you serious?! I ordered it last week and dumplings arrived cold. Website said ~35mins delivery but ended more more than an hour! Not again.

      Foodora is hopeless with complaints. Last time the Mother's Day pack they overcharged me for 11 times. Complained and they said it's not in their record that they overcharged me, even I sent them a screenshot of bank statement to prove so. They don't even have a hotline where you can talk to a real person - only email available. They ended up honouring a foodora voucher of $5 to me but at that time it'll only offset the delivery cost so it's kinda useless.

    They forgot two lots of dumplings (we got 2 x chicken and 1 x seafood which should have meant 6 lots total with the buy one get one free). Refund is being processed already.

    They were absolutely delicious! They were not steaming hot but close so we enjoyed them. Delivered with soy, vinegar and ginger.
