To all the customers who have not received their NZ SIM card from our previous 40% off special, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
We had a major issue with Australia Post which caused our SIM Cards to be held in their depot and among some where lost in transit.
We will now be shipping using priority service labels which guarantee delivery, as the batch of packages get mixed in with the express post parcels.
For any customers who still have not received their SIM Card, please contact us ASAP so we may organise a replacement or a refund to be sent out.
We have responded to all customers online and have sent over replacements to rectify the situation as fast as possible, we are here to help and we are definitely not here to wreck your travel plans! We just want travellers to stay connected abroad and avoid using roaming charges so that it is cheaper for all Australians.
