So are these cheap lcd tv's complete crap or….actually alright?
I've had the 32" Full HD model in the entertainment room for approx 12 months now and it works great. Never really noticed the improved pic quality when looking at HD/LCD tv's on display but WOW what an improvement this brand made even just to my media player menu screens - like I almost didn't even need to wear my glasses anymore to read the menus. I'm tempted to get this as an upgrade and move the 32" to the bedroom :)
VIVO australian support is also very good and responsive. Needed help understanding/checking functionality of the EPG reminder feature and they looked into it and called me back - just didn't get the response I wanted - i.e. the reminder system didn't work the way I expected it to.
A lot of features lacking on these cheap units can be extended through media centres. Then the TV is basically only used as a display for a another device. Of course, that doesn't mean that picture quality improves, but it becomes a lot more useful with a HTPC for example.
Anyone know the specs of this TV?
