TA would normally be posting this, but he’s OOO landing some hot deals to be featured soon on Cashrewards and shared right here on OzBargain. Many thanks to everyone for your continued support. We wouldn’t be where we are without you. Have a lovely day.

See the deal Orbitz 15% code BIGADVENTURE.
I just booked one for Melbourne after comparing 10+ sites and 6+ deals.
- Booking.com $700
- Wotif and most other sites $648 ($583.20 after cashrewards)
- Orbitz $550 AUD on my 28degrees card (AND i will get cashrewards)
The only thing that makes it difficult is that Orbitz.com shows prices in USD.

Awesome, Saved $100.
Thank you. Saved almost 10% over hiked wotif rates with double cashback.
bugger, just booked a hotel yesterday
Thank you Rep!
It just comes in time!
Any chance for another 10% for hotels.com? :)
Just a warning. If you use Cashrewards on expedia, the price of say a package deal will actually go up compared to if you didn't go through CR. You might still be better off but might depend on case by case scenario.
This is definitely true, just try it with any sort of package deal above $3k (going through CR and not).
Not sure if same for Wotif or other sites.
Hi Andrew. Ive never used cashrewards before. I have signed up previously but never actually used it. I just logged onto my account and clicked through the to wotif using the link from cashrewards. Im looking to book and spend about $8000 for an overseas holiday in the USA. Will I really get 10% of what I spend back if I proceed ? Does it really work ? And I expect from the total fee they will remove all US taxes, and then pay 10% only on the actual price of the services purchased - would that be correct ?
I always use Cashrewards when booking accommodation. It works :)
Just make sure that if you visited that merchant's page before going through cashrewards, that any cookies for that merchant are deleted (so that there is no question that you were directed through Cashrewards).
Make sure to check the Cashback amount for each category (10% is for hotels only). The links says no cashback is paid on taxes, levies, etc., which makes sense as it isn't income to them.Cool. So if you book like a flight & hotel option, they would break out the hotel component and only pay on that. Or…………… does it have to specifically be Hotel only bookings ?
They seem to have a separate category specifically for packages. But if you book each item separately, I imagine that each get paid out according to their own category.
if you buy a package, you will have the standard 2.4% cash back only.
if you buy hotels only, the cash back will be 10%, temporarily before reversing back to the standard 5%
The last hotel I booked with Wotif a month ago didn't/hasn't shown in cash rewards. Bit disappointing. Normally don't have a problem with cashrewards.
As long as you have a click out to store in your click history at time of purchase, open a support ticket and the CS team will take care of you.
Ay there's the man himself! good luck with the "hot deals"
Who went and negged this comment? TA was only pitching in to help, I don't see what's wrong with that??
Usually the same person that ✅v one comment ⛔v the other….
Support ticket done, thanks for the help
Always a pleasure. PM me the ticket number and I'll make sure it's resolved tomorrow.
Thank you ahc and TA for this deal.
If I book a hotel prior to Thursday but choose to pay later (ie when I am at the hotel next week), am I still eligible for the 10% cashback ?
Regards,
AB100%. Relevant rate (and tracking) is from time of booking :)
Tried to book the hotel for 2 nights. Wotif rates through Cashrewards - $432, Wotif rates directly (without Cashrewards) - $419. Hotel website rate - $402.
Wotif with Cashrewards still gives best price, however expected 10% savings through 10% cashback on Wotif rates here - is just a joke.Hey savit, out of curiosity, what hotel and dates? keen to see this in action.
PM sent with details.
On the market to book for QLD next week. Will suss it out. Thanks Andrew keep the $$$$ coming in mate.
