  it is exactly an internal hard drive. It's optimized for NAS use but you can use it anyhow you like.

Can't find any good reliability data. Tempted to get this but the WD Reds are pretty much hassle free so might just keep waiting

  Never been a huge fan of Seagate but i've found the ironwolf drives to be reliable.

    cool. just realised that they are 7200rpm. will wait for a WD Red deal since my box is running 24/7 and don't need the heat from a faster drive.

I've ordered from warehouse1 a few times, and each time it's was a disaster. If you want to save headaches and a heap of time, pay the extra money and go elsewhere. I admit they seem to always have the lowest prices…but with the worst service and delivery times.
