Well now I know that feeling of "but I placed my order half an hour ago" :)

Contact them, they have always done something to help when I've missed a code etc

There is a chat option, form to submit or an email
      https://secure.iherb.com/info/Contact?livechat=en-US

If you can't see those options, scroll to the bottom and click on the Contact Us

      • Cheers! I actually just cancelled the order and placed a new one :)

        • Was going to suggest that too, but wasn't sure if still an option, nice one

Hey everyone, I don’t think Buy123 stacks with the community referral codes, they are the same 5% off for the buyer but using the referral code gets another member of the community 5% credit too! Correct me if I’m wrong but lets share the love around! :)

    • +1

Correct, you cannot stack two referrals, replace buy123 with the 6 character OZbargain referral code

Just make sure you have the SEPT40 as well

  • Wanted to stack with some protein but that deal expired end of last month.

  • note - there've upped their delivery cost based on weight/size…

    • It's a bit random in my experience, the details from the email are:

      Dear iHerb customer in Australia,

iHerb offers free Australia post shipping services for orders over $40 USD (Approx. A$54) going to Australia . However, starting today, you may see minimal shipping charges for heavy products, such as sport supplements or grocery items. You can easily reduce or remove these surcharges by ordering products from our other product categories, such as nutritional supplements and bath & beauty products. Overall, we believe we are offering the world's best value for over 35,000 brand name natural products when you order over $40 USD.

    • Also even over US$40, some items incur a delivery fee

    • I used to get away with pretty cheap shipping now it's just getting as expensive as other places. Bit of a pest really.

  • This code only gives me 6% off not 10% and I'm over the $40US. Plus that saving actually made my shipping costs more expensive :s And the surcharges are a bit hefty with some items..Packet of Kettle Chips was an extra $2 on the $3.

    • As per the Title It's a total of approx 10% with COMBINED codes, SEPT40 gives you 6% yes and then a referral code gives you a further 5% off

You need to also use a referral code of either an OzBargain User (preferred) or BUY123 (not recommended but works)

The shipping is hit and miss depending on what you are buying, it used to be better..

      • You do not mention 'approx' in your title.

Glad you managed to read the title, there's progress - and hope for you yet!

Thanks very much OP! Good timing

  • Oh no. I have been waiting for two weeks and just placed my order on Fri. I got 5% off and free shipping so not too bad. They charge extra shipping fee if it is over certain weight despite fulfilling the USD 40 free shipping criteria. Also, it is worth mentioning that cashreward doesn't track my order in this case. I'm not sure if it is related to the use of coupon.

    • Lodge a ticket with them. Mine didn't track last month either and after lodging a ticket they credited me the cashback a few days later.

  • If you have lots items with the Shipping Saver logo it gets much cheaper for shipping. I have had large orders DHL for about $3. My current order is just balanced for free AustPost or $13 DHL as I only have 1 item with Shipping Saver. If you have 2 products of a similar price / qty and one has Shipping Saver, get the one with Shipping Saver.
