I think alarm bells should already have been ringing solely from someone on udemy claiming they can cure depression, OCD and anxiety — Mental illnesses that the best minds in the world don't have solid solutions for or even a complete understanding how they work.
Actually low dose IV ketamine has been effective in some trials. I wouldn't mind participating in a trial. For people ignorant of pharmacology, it is a dissociation anaesthetic, similar to Angel's Dust in it's effects. It doesn't make you unconscious like the usual General Anaesthetics do. Like all anaesthetics, it is a dangerous substance that will stop you breathing if you take too much. Don't self medicate.
In contrast, commonly prescribed anti-depressants are almost as safe as water. Metastudies have shown them to be no better than placebo.
