Having said that, there seems to be a mixed bag of reviews at Appliances Online
Like I said, a fancy sandwich press with a timer. I cooked plenty of food types on my old one.
But anyway, reviews are good so maybe it's not half bad.
These things are bloody awesome. In fact I'm warming it up now to cook sausages for dinner. Makes cooking a lot easier and faster. Put meat on the grill, press start, it beeps when it's ready.
Just curious, how do you clean it?
The grill plates can be removed and washed and are dishwasher safe.
Have one of these, love cooking lean cuts of red meat, chicken etc. easy to clean, just detach the plates and wash as usual

Seems expensive for a glorified sandwich press, or am I missing something? Coincidentally, I AM in need of a sandwich press, so I'm happy to hear about why I'm wrong and why the premium is worth it.
