Thanks Lizard Spock, looks pretty useful - contains some good basic exercises in a decent app.

But what happens if someone comes up with a 6 minute workout?

    • +11

No! No, no, not 6! I said 7. Nobody's comin' up with 6. Who works out in 6 minutes? You won't even get your heart goin, not even a mouse on a wheel.

    False advertising.
I ran the app and I'm still sitting in my chair.

  • The thought of a free fitness app made me sit up in my chair for a minute.

  • thanks op downloaded fitness app. can you post an app for motivation

  • Is there an Android version?

  • Do they guarantee as good a workout as the 8-minute folk? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JB2di69FmhE)

  • This app was last updated 2.5 years ago. Will it fall victim to the 64 bit apocalypse? I'm not sure how to tell if it has been updated to 64 bit.

Well it's free so download it now and find out later. If it stops working and no future updates then nothing lost (except maybe a few kilos)

  • Says $1.50 now 😟
