Went to the Spotlight and found some cheaper bread makers.
A staff tells me these are nationwide clearance.
Cannot find it from the website. You have to check with your local store to find out whether it is still available.

Yeah.
But costs you $50 for the equipment.
A staff tells me
Can confirm they are $50 at my local.
Also their IMK kettles and toasters were sporadically scanning up cheaper, even though no discount tag on the shelves (ie kettle was $50, scanned as $20, but black only).
Which black kettle was$20?
The IMK one.
I went hunting for the clear one posted here a few days ago, and ended up scanning a few.
It was hit and miss though (ie the red scanned at full price, the black at $20 and I think the purple was like $13.99 or something).
It is this model … https://www.spotlightstores.com/nz/kitchen-dining/kitchen-ap…
I think so.
I thought the bread maker fad was over. I do miss fresh bread though but they end up going unused the machines disappear. Maybe I should buy my seventh machine.
I'll be devils advocate and say make your own. An awesome recipie to start is Jim Laheys No Knead Bread!
Most bread maker flour mixes are pumped full of rubbish, I like my bread made with flour, yeast, salt and water.
Give it a go, it's an awesome hobby and if I can fit it in my new father schedule with a 9month old then I'm sure you all can.
Spend the $50 on nice flour and even a sourdough starter.
If it doesn't go to plan anything tastes good toasted with butter
Sourdough is something i want to give a crack again.
I had a starter going for a while, and even made pancakes out of it, but never got around to making bread.
