I know others mileage has varied, but my single experience has been a good one with Fishpond, with a textbook. Arrived in about a week, and used a coupon for it since it was my first purchase.

I have made quite a number of orders with them. Their prices are pretty good. They have stuff which is hard to find elsewhere. Delivery times may vary. I once ordered a CD. After 4 weeks, I was told they had trouble sourcing it, and would get it from elsewhere instead to avoid further delays. In the end, two cd's arrived. I was allowed to keep both. Usually they take 2.5 weeks (to WA).
When I tried it I got the message "Redeem Code is already in use."
i got the message "Not valid for this user account"
I think this code is specific to the originators account - not a free for all. PFFFFFT
Well I have not used it, and in the email it said I could forward to family and friends….
And considering there's 105 clicks, I think what's happened is say about 30 people have used the coupon and fishpond has now simply just revoked it….

Hmm I hope these guys have improved since my last order. I ordered a book and waited 3+ weeks only for them to cancel my order and claim the book was not available any more. 2 days later and its showing as available again on their website. Seems they just didn't want to honour the discount coupon. Although I asked I never received an explanation.
