Does this thing have a non motorised head? One thing with these motorised heads and hard floors is that the spinning brush will fire bits backwards too fast for the suction to catch. What looks like clean has simply been dispersed about four feet behind you.
You have to slowly drag the thing backwards before the brush interferes. The suction isn't that great on the animal one at least so you do still get bits end up in the brush and shot out the back of the head anyway….
