got one. Thanks.
The Green wrist strap is also $3, has pretty good reviews. I got that instead, since I have a neck strap that came with the camera anyway.

I second this. I have 4 of them in total and they are great.
Thanks - grabbed one along with a griptight mount (http://www.harveynorman.com.au/joby-griptight-mount.html). Might find a bit more use for my gorillapod if I can use my phone too.
I got this pop-up message.
"Hello Ozbargainer - Need any advice, talk to a expert now." STOP STALKING ME GERRY
You must be new here.
Cheers! Got 1

Psychologically, I have trust issues. Those thin bits. And the retractable mechanism.
Got as well - not convinced those thin cables will hold the weight of my heavier cameras, but should be fine for my smaller ones. Thanks, OP. FYI For those out there with a Sony Action Cam, they also have this for free delivery: http://www.harveynorman.com.au/hot-deals/sony-wrist-mount-st…
Thanks. This is what I need.
The price has been there for ages.
I have two of these, used with both of my DSLRs, and trust me the worry never disappears
Aah, gonna freak me out
why not just use the packaged neck strap that came with it then?
because I do not like them, I have set them up the way they are intended and yet I have found that it is possible to just pull the strap off the camera, at least with the tripod mount it is more secure. Also using the neck strap as a wrist strap, something that this does as well is just an awkward mess

With regular straps. How?
didn't think my question was worthy of a downvote. How do regular camera-manufacturer-supplied straps come off so easily?
I dont think it is working anymore
Did you drop your camera?
yeah your mum picked it up for me tho thanks :)
Not working for me any more - won't let me add to cart
Same here. Guess I saved $3.
A three-way for $3? My prayers have been answered.
which god do you worship?
Gerry Harvey.

I have reported you to the mods.
Yes but the other two participants are a gender you’re not interested in…

Gone :(
Brodened
managed to order it by going to search page and click add to cart from there.
hopefully it went through and not getting any OOS email :D
These are terrible btw. Big and clunky for the base and the thin straps are just awkward. Theres a reason why its on sale.
FYI I was able to add to cart and received order confirmation just now.
There still available instor for pickup I got some from Bendigo
still available for delivery. ordered one, thanks.
Just ordered one, thanks.
Cheers, just ordered one, I'll see how it fits on my point and shoot - may be a bit overkill.
Ordered yesterday, just got a refund. Assuming they had no stock?
I've had shipping confirmation. Must've been low stock
Back in stock.

Same here… Weird considering there's a comment they were back in stock last night and I ordered two days ago.
Strange as you can still add to cart and checkout.
Yeah. Ordered a couple of hours after the deal was posted, just got an email cancellation. Seems rather poorly coordinated.
Yes, especially as mine arrived yesterday direct from my local store.
Going to update this for no reason other than to show HN incompetence.
Got the one I preferred in the end but still, doesn't instil great confidence in them for the future.
same here
I ordered it 3 days ago and just got the cancellation email today. Not impressed at all.
I got shipping notification and a tax invoice yesterday, then a cancellation email today… Wtf?

Cancellation email received. Boo HN!
Me too (last night) - then now just received a tracking number wtf
I received an invoice and shipping notice then the next day a cancellation. If that's the case, they are not shipping in the order that they were ordered.
