    Terms and conditions apply.

With no information in the description about what your fees are after 5 months, how are we meant to know if this is a bargain or not?

Plus there are so many other aspects to consider when looking for a property manager. If you are already happy with your current manager & the fees are pretty much the same, then you'd be crazy to change.

Some things just don't belong on Ozbargain.

    Merchants & Store Representative
Merchants should note that small reductions, excessive conditions, and other costs related to the deal will NOT be well received. Users will likely vote negative for your deals which in turn leads to performance based store bans.

  • To be fair, they did advertise for new landlord property owners - also, their fees is at 5.5%. Currently I am paying 4% so if you just want to stick with one year, it is still cheaper (at least for me), but 2 years and more they work out to be more expensive.

The deal is for new landlord customers, not new owners.

  • So effectively 3.2% in the first year, then 5.5% thereafter.

  • Most rental fees can be negotiated to about 3-4%, it's essentially passive income for them

    • exactly. I pay 3.5% inc GST.

      • Really??? I wish! I researched 5 agents in an area for my Brisbane rental. All were around 8-9.5%

        • That sounds way too high but then I am not au fait with the property scene in Brisbane.

        • @ccrap: That's average for Brisbane. It's way overpriced and populated with a lot of cowboys and the rare shining gem.

        • @Kyanar:
Good. Its just not me getting rippedd off then. Just everyone else in BNE
