Did you 'buy' a console off ebay sometime in the past and presumably never sold one.
Guessing that would be the most obvious target.
Remember no exclusion for faulty ones… Or ones a 'friend' may purchase for 99c.
Smart. Make them think you're getting a discount but offset it with eBay and PayPal fees.
The fees are crap, but it's still $25 you wouldn't get otherwise. Whether you find something to use the voucher on, and whether you get targeted are another hurdle though!
Also, "Not to be used in conjunction with any other eBay coupon/voucher".. which means no sitewide codes?
Fees aren't really paid by the seller though and should be incorporated into the selling price.
So.. any console? Can get a second hand Wii, PS2 or 360 for $50 pretty easily. Could possibly make money from this if you have pick-up only.
How to make money? Pickup just save delivery fees

Received a similar offer the other day, though $10 for listing a video game.
I received a similar targeted offer yesterday, but it's for selling a game and getting a $10 voucher (didn't think it's worthy enough to post as a deal, so didn't post it).
If I was already planning to sell, either of these deals would be a nice bonus, but these offers themselves are not enough to prompt me to go out of my way and do so because:

Just spoke to them by phone and it seems the person answering the email didn't know what they were on about. Apparently you get the voucher on the 10th of next month if anyone took up this promotion.

After asking support where my voucher is, they emailed me the following telling me I'm not eligible. Is this correct?
Jim, I understand that you have already sold an item under the Video Consoles category. As per Terms & Conditions of the offer, it says here that you will receive the voucher 7 days after the sale. Correct me if I'm wrong, the item is (11********). You listed that item on the 21st of July which I believe that your item will be eligible if you have listed it on the 24th of July. It's hard to say this but your item wasn't eligible for the promotional offer. However, you list another Video Console since the last day of this offer will be on the 28th of August. You must list the item on the specified timeframe.

Yep, definitely targeted - thanks for the heads up though, usually ignore my ebay emails otherwise :P
