      Hey! this sounds a-peeling

If we take the first month discount out, why wouldn't you just go with TPG? I don't understand why you're in the same price point?

  • I wonder if you peel back details.. theres a few pips in this deal?

      Trust no Unlimited ISP

  • NBN deals should be banned till 2020..just saying..

u saying NBN is make these deals?

  • +1

Indeed a deal, for the first and only month.

Err, Aussie Broadband do a first month free trial offer PLUS double data for the first 6 months. Sounds better than this …

    • +1

      Hmm double data vs. unlimited………

      • +1

Hmm, getting the speed you pay for, vs getting a contention ratio from hell …

(Tangerine don't have a great reputation for congestion, like most 'unlimited' services)

        • I'm not disagreeing with you AusBB is most likely a better service ;)

here is the link for people interested http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2623849

your deal is quite good since the 1 month also seems to be completely free with no fees?

      • +1

I think it's totally free of fees, although you'll obviously need some kind of modem/router to connect up.

If you have proper FTTP one thing you can do is use another NDC UNI-D port to test out the service before jumping (compare and contrast).

  • Has it gone up from the previous pricing of $68/mth for the 25/5 plan?

  • A "Bandwidth Boost" to give "Higher Peak Time Speeds".

The NBN model is broken. :(

It's good to see Aussie Broadband take on the congestion issue but not signing customers up if they don't have the available bandwidth.

  • Everyone has different experiences, but I've been with tangerine for maybe 7 months and it's been great. I'm only on 25/5 but i seem to get max speeds.
Slight kerfuffle where they didn't get my modem out straight away when I moved in, but after a call they express posted.

Like most isp stuff, check whirlpool for the provider, as well as feedback on other isps in your suburb.

  • The code is no longer valid please verify again. Thanks
