      What's left?

      • home wares and clothing?

Hate to be the nominal JV here, but where is the deal? This is an announcement.

$3 off $100 spend is a bit meh. Only great if you're spending a significant amount, and given the excluded categories…unlikely.

    • I'll be saving about $10

    • +1

Other cash reward websites get regular front page coverage here so I guess it's only fair these guys do as well?

    • Only an extra $1.50 over the usual discount. Not really dealworthy in my opinion. Since when is a 1.5% discount a deal?

      • since ebay reduced code from 15% to 10% and then 5% lol

    stop padding your deal count

    • But we see noey deals ever from you. Those that never post deals but trolls other are the worst. Try actively helping the ozbargain community before bagging it

      stop padding your deal count

      🙄

      • Under the report button , there is a hide button .
      • Press it and click "Hide posts from user easternculture"

Now that you have completed those steps, you don't have to worry about my deal count anymore

  • Are there any issues with tracking with Top Cashback?

    • +2

I find tracking faster with TCB than cashrewards strangely enough. That may just be me though. No issues with me yet

  • Good deal. But I'll stick with cashrewards. Too many cash back account only get me lost. For example I can never get my cash back money from ebates as I lost login details and cant remember which email account I register with. lol

    • Can't you just do a "forgot password" for all of your email accounts?

  • +6

Wow! how does this post get 40+ upvotes?
It's an extra $1.50 for every $100 spent and has so many excluded categories.

    Sometimes I don't get OzBargain…

I like to buy Maccas icecream with the spare change. Those hot fudge sundaes are pretty expensive and the Mrs appreciates the gesture.

In all seriousness though. Combining these kinds of deals with large purchases or existing eBay sales (20%/15%/5% etc) sales is where the real saving comes from. With CR I made a $480 purchase with a 20% off coupon and was given cashback on the full $600.

  • Well, it's a little extra assuming it gets paid.
When I use (now rarely) cash rewards I assume I will receive nothing.
The transaction will go through, however not paid to me. (Assume they just pocket the full amount).
Even their Chrome plugin doesn't help.

    Hopefully these guys are better.

Yeah, the size of that bag on my screen is about the size of the savings people will get from this deal :P

Ebates has the following cashback rates on Ebay.com (cashback on other categories is less than 3%):
    Cameras & Photo 5.0%
    Tickets 4.0%
    Jewelry & Watches 3.0%

Use the random referral link in Ozbargain to get a sign up bonus if you are new to Ebates.

  • 3% off YIPEE!!!! Time to go on a shopping spree. YEEEHAAAA

  • Hmm. Realised, Cashrewards are doing now 1 % cashback only for ebay.

    • +2

that's for the US .com site
