      I wouldn't consider $15 Green Chicken Curry as expensive. Now $38 for a green curry at Longrain …. that's expensive!

      i believe the orders need to be made via app (prior to pickup) for you to use the $10 credit. I've only use it for takeaway.

      They ask you for your registered phone number and then apply this discount on your bill

    Just a warning to people, I tried this at Sydney Westfield and they gave me the wrong order (Found out when I got back to the office) so make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant.

    Also the app kinda sucks, it asks you what time you want to pick up but my order was ready 30mins before that. They did notify me that it was done but I wasn't ready to pick up at that exact time so it sat there on a bench for like 10min. So asking you what time you want is kind of useless.

      I think you'd find the same issues with all app's and shop's that take phone or pick-up orders.

      Found it - it's in the "Rewards" section under "My Account" —> "My Loyalty". You can apply the voucher when checking out

      you need to download their app on your mobile to use the credit, after you've made your order through the app (via mobile) at checkout, minimum order needs to be $10 or more to use the credit.

      Yes you can use it online
      When you head to the counter to pay, just show them your rewards

      They will search their member database based on your phone number and will apply the discount

      Used it last week without any issues

    What a terrible app, finally managed to get in and there is no 10 dollars voucher appearing even though I got it by email previously

      agreed, its not the best app and it too me some time to find the $10 credit too, but if you know what you're ordering and it should prompt/appear at checkout. (AUD $10+) or you can try to locate the credit under the "Rewards" section under "My Account" —> "My Loyalty". refer

    Has anybody been able to put an order through with the welcome voucher? I put an order through and a few minutes later it notifies me that my order has been rejected… been happening for the last few days

      Same here. Keeps rejecting my orders and my voucher expires in 2 days. Good way not to honour the vouchers.

        at least i know why now! for my $12.40 order a "minimum spend not met for voucher use" now prompts up, but it used to be $10 min spend.

        Anybody know what's the new min. spend amount? I can't find it in the app :(

    Shit thai app. we paid with the reward $10 voucher it went through with the $10 off on the payment. then two days later check the credit card no discount added with full payment. pretty sure before click pay the discount is there. Anyone got this trap?

    Their menu price is expensive. a just ^$#*% scam app and now feel rip off from these scum
