Just bought one myself in-store. I can't comment on the quality as of yet but it will be used as a secondary controller and as a remote for bedroom netflix via PS3. Old school cable connection so no need to worry about batteries going flat and having to recharge it.

      Friend, yes. these cable only controllers come with a driver cd according to some reports.

    It's not a genuine Sony PS3 controller, it's an aftermarket.
