Looks like a good price as needing replacements for my 2.5 and 3.5 year olds. This will last up to 7 years if they don't trash them first.

I don't know if it's relevant, but the "Racing Kid Plus" (similar model?) got 4 stars in both forward-facing and booster, which is quite good.

From the ToysRUs page: "the anti-submarine designed arm rests keep the lap belt down across your child’s lap". Anti-submarine - WTF? Does it shoot torpedoes?
