Sell it off to advertising companies or similar, AS every other company does.
Your personal details are money to these type of people.
Create a dump email & fake name for signing up to things like this and use your main email for signing up to official websites like google, steam, etc. (facebook is a stretch since I consider them to be just as bad as these crappy websites).
And then one day you find twenty years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
