Can confirm you can purchase more than once via the PS Store.Read the details, it quite clearly says 30% discount only for first one. No such issues with buying from JB, Big W, EB or Target.

Go one better. If you are with Lumo Energy, log into Ameego website and purchase a JB Hifi voucher there at 7.5% off. And then use the eVoucher to purchase the PS Plus membership at JB Hifi online further reducing it from $34.27 to $31.69!
