$50 EFTPOS card or alternatively you can donate that amount to the youngcare charity. There were some posts for the same deal last year, I notice one mentioned it was available only for cars registered in QLD. You can enter your rego on the page to see if you qualify. Expires end of this month.

If you wait, QBE will be along offering you $50 to switch to them…
thanks but QBE is for 1 year so I am not sure what to do
Interesting, QBE appear to wait until you renew but Im almost certain Suncorp send cards before your rego is due. I still have two unused Suncorp cards here, and both arrived at close to the same time. Regos are due a couple months apart.
@Tuba: You are correct, I just switched over a few weeks ago and got my gift card 6 months before my rego is due.
QBE only offered $25 for Qld metro postcode. Am I missing something? Is it only for regional postcodes?
Age? Maybe date when rego is due?
townsville gives out $50 - Brisbane $25 - from my two tests -
no change for age or renewal
Also, QBE gift cards are Westfield Gift Cards as opposed to Suncorps's EFTPOS ones, which are accepted everywhere.
Great tip, thanks for sharing!
Can't say no to that. Why only QLD?
Not licensed for any other state would be my guess
When i put my rego it says i am eligible although i am in ACT. Is it gonna work?
Probably not
the offer is valid for QLD registered vehicles only that do not currently hold Suncorp CTP Insurance.
Thanks for the reply. I will pass then. cheers
Thanks for sharing inexpensivetastes. My rego is up for renewal at the end of this month - even though RACQ gives a $10 discount on roadside assistance if you hold CTP with them, I'll still be $40 up.
need to renew rego early next month
Shame its not for NSW where renewal is ridiculously expensive
Shame all the unlimited immigration is not working out to make the country better for Australians ay
Just better for politicians and their ilk.
Lucky country? Subdivide it.
I wake to the sound of bulldozers building future slums
No joke.By CTP, they mean compulsory one which needs for green slip in NSW, and not the one which you buy voluntarily (which can be third party or comprehensive).. is it?
CTP is the rego insurance, C being 'compulsory'
I am already with AAI and rego is due next month so what are my options?
change to QBE and back to Suncorp next year.
Thanks OP. This is great saving. I've been using Allianz for years for two cars.
This deal has not expired. Still valid at my end. Does it actually have an expiry? I'm in QLD metro
Deal still valid today. I just entered my details. Wait and see if I get my $50 gift card within 28 days.
Amazing I am at this time switching away so in 6 months I can get this again
Here is the link to switch away for those of us with AAI Limited (suncorp)
