Combine this with the futu online eBay sale and the saving is rather nice!

    • Sorry, spoke to soon. Futu not on the list as shown below.

      • Futu online is shopping express, who are on the list so I wonder how that works

      • from my experience, ASUS still honours the cashback, from a retailer that is not on their list of retailers.

i think that list, is some sort of "preferred vendors / retailers" list.

  • How do I find out who is and isn't a participating retailer

Oops at the bottom of the page, msy is but futu isn't

Last time there was this offer, I photographed the receipt and submitted. I received an email from some support desk that said a photo wasn't acceptable and I needed to scan the receipt. I scanned it and replied. I might have done that whilst consuming some Dan Murphy's cleanskin Merlot also encouraged by OzBargin.

A day or so later I vaguely remembered the query, resubmitted another claim via the website with the scanned invoice, but using a second email address.

I got two eftpos cards for the same claim.

Paid for more Merlot to ease my conscience.

    • haha,…nice one!

i should have tried, to claim 2 x EFTPOS cards :-P

  • Ahhhh why nothing for the AC87U?

    • Is that superseeded by the AC88U?

      • AFAIK they launched together, with slightly different target audiences.

87U's about $100 cheaper, main differences is its single-core cpu as opposed to dual-core in the 88U, and the lack of a "free" WTFast subscription. 87 seems to be the best bang-for-buck 4x4 MIMO router. Maybe it doesn't need any help selling well :(
