    Thanks jmg146. I'd definitely buy the TV if the extended warranty was priced reasonably like when I purchase from HN and JB (around 10% of the TV cost).

    During checkout, I selected Pickup as I wanted to have it before 18th and thought I can then go and pick it up on 17th if it's available. Now I have a concern as should we deliver Plasma TV's up right position as we do with Refregerators? If that's the case then I have to go for delivery option again. Can we change it now?
    With your delivery what is the earliest time you can deliver? I live in South East Melbourne, 22 km away from CBD.

      TV's should not lie flat, it is very easy to damage them doing this.

      If you want to organize delivery please send an email to [email protected] let us know your order no and the change to delivery and when the office re-opens on Monday I will have one of the reps fix it.

    Anyone else having trouble registering at the samsung website?

    Whenever I try to go to the next step after entering the data, a popup saying 'would you try to do again' comes up, then it deletes all the fields and won't let you proceed…

    Got ours yesterday. Set it up and wow it is a great TV. We had a Full HD Panasonic we bought just a few months ago and this is much better picture quality. Very happy with it and the service. Thanks Eljo!
