They are in WA so guess its a local product - also they offer on their front page free shipping for orders over $400
Although with the Sony discount code supplied here at this site you should get it for $899 and add shipping from Sony. And if you buy via Buckscoop that will give you another 1% off in rebates. So probably the same price in total give or take a $ or 2
