In Melbourne at least, all Coles Express Shell servos are about 4c more expensive than any other servo. Only use one if you're desperate for fuel or you have a voucher. Otherwise, consider buying fuel at Costco if you live near Moorabbin Airport (Membership Required) or use the 7-Eleven and Woolworths fuel apps to see real time prices.

Moorabbin Airport Costco only. No servo at Docklands or Ringwood. There will be a servo at the new Epping Costco which will open next year.

Ringwood is coming soon … they are planning too build it in the vacant block next to the store, its currently being rented by eastland as a staff car park while the construction goes on (they are in phase 3 now i think )I hope so, would love to see a servo at Costco Ringwood. Perhaps when the new Eastland hotel is finished it will begin? Heres hoping!

The site is a car park atm, but when the hotel etc is finished at eastland they will have more carparks and that one will go back to costco. It was always intended to be a petrol site, but they are waiting for eastland to finish. My cousin is the manager at Ringwood

Thanks. I checked and i got a 6c one. The local one was in the news this week - held up by a 12 year old kid. I do agree, even with a normal 4c off, they are more expensive that the Caltex across the road (no discounts).

tis true coles is always so much more expensive. but if I did want to give this a go and stack it with a docket then it would be 14c off, might not be bad… but how do activate it?

Coles seems to be trying the strategy to get shoppers to buy items at their Express (service station) and getting another discount as opposed to just going there for petrol and giving them a 4-cent off per litre docket. Their published petrol prices has been way up higher than competitors at least in the ones I have seen around southern NSW.
Same here in Adelaide. It used to be competitive but as far as I remember, from one year or so, prices have been up to 10-12 cents more expensive.
Ditto for Perth. These days, even BP have better prices than Coles Express, and that is quite a statement.
I have noticed every time Coles Express runs one of these targeted 10c discounts, their prices jump/maintain the high levels.
Noticed the same thing. I don't know how long they can go on with this charade. Motorists are not stupid, unless those who are stuck in a location where there are no other fuel competitors. The local Coles Express (Shell) is now becoming a deserted place compared to earlier days when I always had 2-3 cars ahead of me at a pump.

Agree, Adelaide Coles is always now much more expensive, perhaps they just wish to get out of that business. Went past one today, and there was just a single vehicle at the pumps. I have not been in one in the past year!.

Woolworth caltex in mulgave Victoria is usually about 8 cents lower than Coles express. Plus you could get 4 cents off if you buy $5 stuff in store.
The only Coles Express near me today was at 139.9 cents per litre while just about everybody else, including Woolies were selling at 113.5 - 116.4
