  • Pretty expensive VR toy.

    • Technically, these are not VR. It is classed as FPV headset.

  • Make sure you brush up on the drone operator laws before you pick these up, if your in control of the drone you can't be wearing goggles. Otherwise good one!

  • Any decent proper reviews on these?

    • yeah mine - you look like a complete (profanity)-tard wearing them

      • These are the better looking fpv goggles you can get. I use these - do you think I look good in them? https://hobbyking.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9d…

        • no. The main take away from the DJI is the bulk, reviewers commenting neck strain after 10mins or so. I dont doubt the tech packed in there is impressive, but practical? Not so much, not as much as the Mavic which it leverages the occusync tech to operate. Works with lightbridge (phantoms) if you dont mind a HDMI cable getting into the mix.

I would like to try them, but not own them.

  • These are certainly not intended for VR. On the good side, this might make fatshark get off their butts - ~$500 for a far inferior piece of goggles. These are only useful for phantoms and dji's own stuff - all digital workflow. It does have hdmi input though so maybe someone could use a connex hd with it
