TinyBuild is letting you download Party Hard 2 in its current Alpha 1 state. You can also pre-order on the site as well. Just click the button and you will be asked for an email address for them to send the links for the download.
Alternatively, you can go to https://www.humblebundle.com/tinybuild-bundle and at the bottom of the page, you can do the download from there without entering your email. Just click the Windows/Mac links to start the download.

Read this has Party Hard 2 Alpaca. Thought it was a dance game with Alpacas. Thinking I am somewhat disappointed now.
It is just a single level, but still awesome as Party Hard is a great game!
