$10 shipping (capped regardless of number of items) is unfortunate.

        It depends on your dishwasher.

My old dishwasher worked best with Fairy Platinum or the cheapo Coles brand. Quantum left water spots on glasses (with or without rinse-aid) and didn't clean properly and sometimes didn't dissolve properly either.

Got a new dishwasher and now it's completely opposite, so I'm back to Quantum again.

    • -1

If it's not quantum it's not worth buying.

    • For some reason i find debates about dishwashing powder or whatever this is somewhat amusing.

BTW, i've got a Fisher & Paykel "DishDrawer", but have never used it. Haven't i seen similar crap 1/2 price at Coles recently, and what should i buy if i decide to give it whirl?

      • +2

We have a dish draw and find the the cheap grey import 'Finish tablets' don't always dissolve properly and leave a powder in cups and sometime even on the base of bowls where the water pools.

That could be due to the water not getting hot enough to suitably dissolve the tablet.

Fairy does seem to be more consistent though.

        • Yes can confirm they say grey import Finish tablets, non quantum quality is inferior

  • Thanks OP - just picked up 2 Sonos Play:3's for ~$320 each :)

    • +1

Hey mate, you don't happen to have a link for the Sonos products do you? I can't seem to find any Sonos product within the eBay COTD store. Thanks!

      • +2

looks like they removed them. I saw them on there 10 mins ago

        • All good - thanks mate

  • UE Mega boom for ~240 delivered seems a good buy

    • got it for $200 from TGG ebay sale earlier this year.

      • Well that's an even better buy!

Thanks, picked up a NES Classic for $80. It said last one in stock!

    • +13

Doesn't that count as brodening, when you get 100% of the remaining stock?

      • That's all i do around here anymore 😂

      • +2

        Only if its for resale.

Why don't they sell any frangas on their ebay store?!

why!!! I just paid catch 384.98 on weekend and now 20% off. :(

If you buy things rrp then you need to think..these sales happen at least once a month.

      • -1

Havent seen catch on 20% for quite some time. If you are referring to ebay 20% on selected store then yes you are correct

  • Thanks, OP, got Gopro Session 5 delivered for $350

Almost impulse bought a pair DeWalt drill and screwdriver bits and cheapie staple gun (staple gun cheaper than Bunnings) but the shipping put me off enough to not pull the trigger.

    • +4

agree, the delivery cost kills the deal

  • Thanks!

Was looking for Kayano 23 shoes and with code it turned out to be good price in Australia.

112 upvotes without a single bargain on offer????

  • hmmmm..did they never sell Protein on their ebay shop or did they remove it for this sale?

  • +2

Honestly I find Catch to not actually be that cheap these days. 20% just brings it in line with what the prices should be and hardly a bargain, least not with shipping on top!

    • Agree they just keep jacking up prices. See my post below. That's a 50% increase on biore wipes

  • Picked up Kayano 23 in my size as my last pair are well beyond their best. $145.99 shipped (not including cashrewards) is reasonable for local delivery and can use free paypal return shipping if not a perfect fit.

  • Dang, thanks for posting this one. I saved about $40 all up as I needed new shoes and bed sheets. Unfortunately the shoes, while listed as available on the website, were only available in more limited colours on the eBay store - but oh well.

Sent catch a email asking why some items weren't available on eBay… Got a reply saying online store = eBay store. In other words they should be the same… Sent a email back asking why the switch isn't available….?

  • Yesterday the biore facial wipes were $4. Today it increased to $6. Not fair. Also last month Nars sheer glow was $56. They brought in New shades and it is $58 now.
