  • It's not a bad program, but for my needs (downloading mp3s via a browser and listening to them) VLC has proven to be a good discovery as crucially, it resumes where it left off. A rare but very vital function for any podcast or audiobook listener.

    • I don't think I've come across a media player that doesn't feature resuming playback …

      • Maybe its an iOS thing, Briefcase doesn't have it, nor the default apple music player, nor scores of other popular music players I downloaded and installed. Capriccio is the only other one besides VLC that I discovered that has a working resume function (as in if you quit the app and reload it it resumes to the exact second where it left off, not to the beginning of the track). Another name for it is a "bookmark".

  • Got the app. Thanks
