Be careful, these guys sent out a massive spam after my order recently (200+ emails in less than 5 mins) and I looked up their number to try and stop the spam, but no one was answering the phone. Then I used their web form to fill out a request to stop the spam, as well as sent an email. The spam eventually stopped, but they never responded to my repeated emails about why they did it, nor any apologies. So I asked them to remove me from their customer database.
That's interesting, I've never had this sort of problem with them. Apart from their newsletter, I don't get bothered with any other emails from them.
Nevertheless, your experience with their poor customer service does give me second thoughts about buying big ticket items from them though.
