    Including sale items?
    Gee quality of the materials are very bad over there. Uniqlo is better

      While I generally agree, I have h&m items from 2009 in amazing condition and uniqlo items from 2016 that have fallen apart. I seriously think it depends on the item and how you use it/care for it.

    • +5

      Uniqlo is overrated - h&m has nicer styles as well as a better variety

  • I have 8 black polo t-shirts from H&M and they are all still going strong after 6 months of wear. I don't have any issues with the quality, but like previously mentioned, perhaps better care is needed if things are falling apart.

    Imma go there later today and see what deals can be had :)

        Capsule wardrobe yo!

        Now I just wear a black polo and jeans to work everyday. Don't even have to think about what to wear in the morning :)

          @SeriouslyJk:
          Ha! Nothing special. Work in IT, so casual wear is allowed.

          Just a plain black polo from H&M and blue jeans from uniqlo. Simples, no?

          @BlackVY:

          This. I want to do this but I fear the harsh judgement of society too much to do it.

          @Myrtacaea: I mean is pre simple and instea dof matching outfits u save time :P

          @Myrtacaea:
          Pfft! Society. Lol! Am I my clothes? If people want to judge me on my choice of attire, they ain't all that smart.

          I save time getting ready in the morning, I know I look decent and presentable in what I do wear and its just easy, as a guy.

        • @BlackVY:

          Gosh, unfortunately that's pretty close to how I understand much of society to be - But I also like to keep a low profile and feel dressing the same everyday won't help that. It's become a careful balance of wearing the same-ish looking clothes that aren't exactly the same or close enough to get a label of any kind.

          @Myrtacaea:
          Well for a woman, I'd think is a little different, but then again, there are always accessories that could dress up the same outside. For me, if I wanted to look a little different, I'd wear a different jacket, or a scarf, or a hat. Something like that, but the base, the black polo and jeans remains the same.

          I've had a few passing comments at work that I always seem to wear dark colours. I tell them all my t-shirts are black, thanks for noticing, and I explain why I do it and they always think it makes sense.

          I'm a little more concerned about getting things done in my life and not being bogged down by little thinks like how I look infront of other people. As long as I look decent and presentable, I'm fine :)

        • upcoming zuckerberg hey ? ;)

          @vinster55:
          That is the plan. Lol!

          Nah just simplifies getting ready for work in the morning and wondering when did I last wear this t-shirt to work and stuff. Now I know I've always worn the same coloured t-shirt work everyday, so it doesn't matter. This is a uniform for me :)

          @Myrtacaea: Our friends the boys at IBM do it XD

        • @BlackVY: I get asked about wearing black all the time too. I just say I'm in mourning and they stop asking.

        • @lisamacoz:
          Lol thats an awesome answer.

          Thing is I'm Singaporean Indian, so I'm kind of dark skinned, so when people ask why I wear black all the time, I just ask "Is there something wrong with black?" and they just laugh it off.

          I enjoy wearing black, simple, easy and yeah, looks aight :)

  • Is it possible to mix and match?

    • Yeah just any 3 items I believe.

  • 2-4-1 at HM in BKK at the moment.

    • BKK? Have no idea what this stands for but 2-4-1 sounds like an amazing bargain.

      • In Bangkok - incase there's any ozbargainers besides myself travelling through.

        • Am currently in Bangkok!

          Visited the H&M in Terminal 21 shopping centre today. Didn't see any signage about 2-4-1 but may have missed it.

          Which H&M did you visit and what are the terms?

        • @tombilske:

          That was where I saw it! Sorry to hear it finished the day after I mentioned it.

          Make sure to go upstairs to the Pier 21 food court if you haven't already, I've got 10 food court cards on me at the moment but that one has to be my fav.
