Been looking for a decent exercise bike and found this deal.
Perfect for indoors although it doesn't have any reviews on how loud it may be (for those who may want to set it up in the lounge)

    yep - all the different programs have different names and usually require you adopt a different position in/on the saddle, but all usually end a few minutes before you think they will.

  For any serious road cyclists, I would suggest a smart trainer. Not that much dearer than this + super compact
