  Have you got your location settings turned on? I'm the opposite, in the last few days I've been getting 2 per day. Last one was nosensical too, question was like "have you house in the last 5 years" and the multiple choice options was 1-5??

    I've been getting a few lately too. Some identical questions which I wonder if they are just trying to sort those who answer honest from those who just click and flick.
    Im always honest if your watching Mr Google.

  I had an issue where I got a new phone, and wasn't getting any surveys on the new phone but they were still coming through on the old phone. Even if I had a survey on my old phone I couldn't see it on my new phone.
  
  To fix this I went into Rewards, Settings, Location History, and turned it on for my new phone.
