The same thing that's happened to a lot of other owners. The battery degrades very fast. Mine started shutting off on 20% months ago. The phone is only 15 months old now and it lasts five hours on a full charge. The screen broke in my pocket. The charge port has stopped holding cables in firmly, they fall out often. Check Whirlpool for other owners with the same issues.
Yep on my 6p now and have similar issues. Battery life is crap and charge port doesn't hold cables. Mines only 6 months old. Won't by a Huawei again.
