That's for the Jack Daniel's one…I think they start around $17…which is pretty standard for a burger, onion rings and chips at a restaurant.

Just used this at the Jam Factory. They are really pushing add-ons for your burger, never had that before. My gf knew our waiter, but when he brought the bill he'd already factored in this deal even though I'd not mentioned the coupon. Thanx, worked out well this week :D
Haven't been to the local TGIF's (Epping Plaza) for a while now, perhaps I should go back. Thanks for the offer.
Used this at the Jam Factory last night….as above, they factored it into the bill without us actually producing or mentioning the coupon. My first and last time at TGIF - the service was horrible and had to wait an HOUR for our food!
Can't vouch for the service, but may have it been really busy with everyone coming down to use the coupon? May have not taken into consideration the increase in patronage and therefore more staff weren't rostered on.
Yeah, their service is terrible. My gf is disabled, and I asked if we could sit in the lower section of the place so she didn't have to go upstairs (she uses a walking stick) but the host wasn't willing to accommodate us. She didn't even mention that if we walked around the back (Jam Factory) it could be avoided.
Even so she insisted we stay and got up the stairs. But as someone else who works in hospitality, I was quite shocked that she couldn't sort something so simple out. I avoid this place usually, and only decided to go because of this deal. I'd never choose to go there normally.
Just got back! Good deal but the portion sizes do seem smaller than they used to be - I think, full-price, it'd be a better option to go to grilled (which, I know, doesn't have table service, but the burgers are nice.)
I go to Fridays every couple weeks and always have the BBQ burger, YUM! Went last night and did not see any difference in the size or standard. Great deal I think. Hope they do it again.
