        Thanks … Finally found it! Its burried in there…you need to go:

        1- Home (on flybuys website after you log in)
        2- From the main menu (top right if signing in using a mobile) select Collect
        3- On the list of icons click on Coles

        The offer is there…

      Works fine with root, though you might need to disable root (SuperSU options) when first adding the card. I did that two weeks ago.

      Set up a savings account, then an ing orange everyday account.
      They will post you the debit card, probably within a week.
      Meanwhile transfer some money into your account.

      Westpac have only dipped their toes into the Android Pay pool - Westpac don't support Visa or American Express on Android Pay at the moment.

    how would they actually know which card is being used? I thought the card are converted into a virtual card.

      Presumably ANZ/ING/Westpac are all sharing purchase info with Coles/flybuys afterwards.

      While your actual card does get converted into a tokenised card number, those card numbers are issued by Visa/MasterCard for ANZ etc

    I have used Android Pay at coles in the past and can still see the 4000 points offer. However, I used an AMEX (which is not part of this deal).

      Just says Westpac Mastercard, so should be any Westpac issued Mastercard compatible with Android Pay. If debit cards were excluded it'd be mentioned like the ANZ Everyday Visa Debit.

    Wow this will more than double my Coles points balance, although I'm not one to chase the sorts of offers in the past which is why it's probably so low to begin with. Plus most require $50-100 spends weeks in a row which I can't manage as a solo shopper.

      The best strategy I find is ask a family member if they need you to buy something at Coles or Woolies then combine those purchase together. Next thing you know you have reached your goal.

    I opened an ANZ Advantage account recently that came with a visa debit card. Would anyone know if this is classied as an ANZ Everyday Visa Debit which is excluded from this deal? Thanks. Can't seem to find the info on ANZ website.

      If it says Everyday Debit on the front, and not just Debit, it won't be eligible.

      Everyday debit cards are an old product that aren't offered anymore to new customer so it'd be unlikely that you will have one if you signed up recently.

    What if you use Android Pay in the past along with your flybuys but it wasn't one of the listed bank cards? Are you still eligible for the 4000 points?

    How will you know if the Coles branch supports Android Pay? I tried it before in my Coles nearby and they told me the check outs don't support it. That is the self-service one though but they didn't bother asking me to go to another counter.

      I also tried self service today and the terminal didn't detect the nfc and android pay on my phone. I'm not sure if it is something to do with being rooted with magiskhide, however the self-serve terminals do have a android pay logo on them. My Android Pay worked on woolworths self-service tellers with magisk hide.

        It's not just you.

        The self checkout at Coles Braybrook would not detect my OnePlus with Magisk Hide. Same thing happened last week with my partner's Galaxy S7 (no root or bootloader mod) at one of the other self checkout terminal as well as regular check out.

        Going to try Coles Footscray next.
