I only checked your first link, it was not new, it is a second hand phone.
Then again, the same is probably true for the offered phone above, except they seem to be insisting it is new.
Is the above phone NEW, if not this is deceptive at best and fraud at worst.

You would be nuts to agree to this.
i wouldnt trust Living Social
i wouldnt trust Living Social
Is that why you didn't move to New Zealand?
Vague warranty
Yeah 'Anything goes wrong' and 'Limited Warranty' don't really go together.
I'm going to assume this is slow as on the latest Ios too.
The 5s is fine - it's 64bit. The 5 has been slow on 10.x for a while.
I wish Samsung would cut its prices on older models
That would give you better bang for your buck…
I'm pretty sure we're over Samsung jokes brah
You might be, but they're still exploding…
@jv:
They, Samsung have not scrapped the battery-faulty Note-7 phones.
They will be fitting new batteries to them and selling them to select countries with full warranty at a discounted price.
The countries are mostly 3rd world, they won't be selling any to tier-one countries
I believe its cheaper to sell them refurbished than to scrap them
@jv:
Makes me glad NOT to be a Samsung owner ;)
@jv: Lithium batteries are dangerous if they're damaged. The Galaxy S4 is years old, so the battery has probably been through hell - and gotten damaged along the way.
@jv:
same with Apple..actually, it comes with bonus electrocution
http://www.smh.com.au/technology/technology-news/man-nearly-…same with Apple..actually
Not sure you're supposed to connect a metal necklace to the exposed prongs of a charging cable… A bit different to an internal battery exploding…
@8200: and probably selling the old batteries to Sth Oz. who said they lost money on the Note 7?
@King Tightarse: Right, this story has nothing to do with iPhone. It has everything to do with "don't put metal near plugs put in power points".
@kipps:
Well he was charging an iPhone who's cable caused this but hey, I just grabbed the article quickly from the Age this morning. You want exploding iPhones? NP there are plenty…

I wish I could buy a 6S for a reasonable price somewhere
Apple products' prices are never reasonable. They sell their refurbished models at prices that are high even for the same "new" models.
$240 for a 5 three years ago was pretty good. And $259 for a 5s late last year :)
Apple's 2013 flagship available for you to purchase today from a shady importer!
Without a current operating system.
Pretty sure the entire stash of these had been locked in storage for the last 4 years.
Will probably be in an upcoming episode…
will be worth about $250 when they get delivered.
This isn't really a deal anyway given ebay prices
