0-lux most likely because it has mini LEDs around the lens to illuminate objects.

Plug that into your phone and you just saved a fair bit of coin if you don't need the rugged casing or water proofing (the camera is water proof, the phone most likely not).
Also I don't think this listing is actually wireless, the camera is on a giant flexible gooseneck wire! That's the whole point of inspection cameras - to have a wire that can be guided and threaded through very hard to reach places.
