First post but thought it was a good price for Mobile 1 Full Synthetic 5-30.
Not sure of the end date but the price ticket says it started on the 24th
Cheers

What a rip, it only use to be about $70 previously when they use to sell the Mobil 1 Gold for ~$92. They did a 'run out' of the Gold a fair while ago as they said they were no locking stocking it, now I see its back in stock but is $109 and they've bumped up the price of the silver Mobil 1.
I have been buying Mobil 1 5w30 for the last 7 years and it has never been $70. It was $85 unless you purchased on one of the many 20% off sales like I did and got it for under $70
Maybe that was it, I only ever use to go there to buy the gold when it was a 20% off sale for about $74, but I could have sworn the silver was about $15-$20 cheaper usually, my mistake!
This price from Cosco though does show you how much of a rip off the price at SCA is, even when it's on sale.
Those prices are standard.
Only ones which are "Specials" are when they have a coupon or there is some yellow marked on the price tag. Which would also display the end date.
Not a bad standard price though
Last time i looked they were about $10 more but could have been a different viscosity rating.
Those "specials" or yellow marked price tags are for chumps. they are just a minor temporary discounts.
A true OzBargainer will look for products where the price ends in 7, as per this deal.
Costco uses a code system with their prices. Prices ending in 7 means they are trying to get rid of the stock, so usually much cheaper than any specials they are willing to publicise.
Not the better Mobil 1 in the gold container.
Agree. This is the budget Mobil 1.
I can't even buy Fuchs full synthetic at staff prices at that price!
what the fuch ?
Fuchs that!
We are SO ripped off here.Check out the standard price in the US (and Mobile1 gold, special @ $US25.47)

It is easier to spread the cost amongst a larger user base than Australia. But none the less Australia is one expensive country.
This is a clearance price.
No use to me, I just wanted to say Ringwood Represent! Whoop whoop!
Seems cheap. Compared to $94.45 at Supercheap Auto: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Mobil-1-5W-30-Engin…
