    These so and so's would not change my shoes when THEY send the wrong size. They tried to implement the terms and conditions exactly as above, despite THEIR mistake. Not, mine. Many people have reported similar problems.
    They wanted me to pay THREE SETS OF SHIPPING to change the shoes. Three sets!! The original shipping, return shipping …and get this-they wanted me to include a 3kg satchel with the return. Yes, THREE SETS of shipping!

    Be careful, they have a reputation being friendly and breezy with their sales pitch and hideous and unreasonable if anything goes wrong. They are known to shout at customers, remove Facebook posts, block people etc.
    Be very wary of their horrible customer service.

We have reached out multiple times to you to try and resolve your concerns and you have not responded. If you are not happy with your last transaction, lets fix things. We are not hear to upset you in any way of form, please contact us at [email protected] to resolve. This is not a sales pitch, this is an honest response. We are hear to sell shoes, not upset people.

  • Store Rep you're website is broken a bit. Size tick boxes go buy OR statements not by AND statements like they should.

    And no large sizes for men and postage is a tad high.

      • Lol no fix your website. I use Google Chrome. You should probably test your website more extensively across all browsers if it works perfectly for you.

        • @brandhousedirect: I think you might not understand what the problem is. Click size 10. It has 2 sizes. Then untick it and tick size 11. It shows an additional size. Then tick both and it only shows one size. Do you understand?

    Rep, are these stock returns from shops, remainders? Samples?
    I ask because the box I received was extremely battered with the outline of stickers removed. "New" would seem like a stretch.
    Are these "factory new" and never tried on? Are they shop returns? Are they remainders? Samples?

    Please clarify.

    • King tightarse, the shoes are brand new in the box. Some stock is ex retail store stock..However, the stock is still brand new. I can clearly see you don't want to shop with us which is more than fine. At $19.90 for brand new shoes, good luck finding a better deal elsewhere. I have really tried to reach out and help resolve your prior issues and concerns, you keep knocking me back and bagging us. We don't proclaim to have 100% positive customer feedback, this is near impossible considering we are all human and have varied expectations in this world.         Utter nonsense and posturing to attempt to protect sales.

        I contacted you without the shining spotlight of a public forum and I have reported the actual real-life results that people can expect. Other report virtually the same experience. You are trying to make a show of being reasonable now you're in the spotlight but the reality without a public forum is quite different.
        I want others to know what to expect from your customer service in the real world, without a public forum.
        So yeah, I won't be buying from you again.

        • Your fellow oz bargain members will appreciate that there are 2 sides to a coin. For the last oz bargain promo you bought from, the terms of sale were the customer is responsible for return postage if wanting to exchange the item. The reason this was the terms of sale is because the shoes were being sold at cost price so we could not fund customer returns into the equation as well. The terms of sale were clearly stipulated in the oz bargain post, just like the terms of sale are clearly posted in this oz bargain post. You can't expect to buy shoes for $20 bucks and expect the seller to fund free returns. If you want to buy something at cost price or below cost price, you have to be reasonable here. I am sure your fellow oz bargainers will appreciate our side too. Yes it is open forum and I am glad we can clear up the facts here. You are welcome to keep bagging us but I am sure you have better things to do with your time than keep complaining about a pair of $20 shoes you bought.

          First of all, I bought from one of your regular sales, not a $20 special.

          If the seller sends the wrong size or the the shoes are a completely different style IE error is 100% the sellers fault…well shock/horror guess what, the seller should resolve that problem, not try to make the customer pay three sets of shipping.
          The great reveal from this was the quality and type of your customer services. Unbelievable in the modern age. Arguing with customers, shouting at customers, blocking Facebook posts.
          After all I have written you still don't seem to understand.
          I will try one last time:
          When the seller sends the wrong item or a damaged item, that does not constitute a customer's change of mind
          You cannot try to point to your no-returns policy in cases such as this when you have failed to supply the goods you advertised. When this happens you need to fix it and apologize to the customer, not transfer the blame and attempt to apply unrelated terms and conditions and "do them a favor" by offering a change if they pay three sets of shipping
          Do you see?

          This is the exact problem I faced with you late last year. You provided confirmation about sizing via web chat for sale items so I ordered on your advice. I ended up with several pairs of shoes that were too small. You refused to offer refund as per your T&C (which did not mention reference to sale items) - your alternative offer of store credit was refused, because I had no intention of further liaison with you.

          Your phone comment "you take the risk of buying things online" is particularly ridiculous. You also tried to tell me it was not your problem because of "change of mind".

          Poor form.

  • Just be aware that the Dunlop volley advertised are not the same as the original tradesman's favourite , Dunlop Volley as you will notice the name Dunlop is not marked on the shoe .The real Dunlop volley's have Dunlop emblazoned on the shoe ,these don't .They don't last and are not hard wearing
