Considering DS/Kogan are Australian entities and they assume the warranty for the item, yes.
If the GST is included on the receipt, you can also claim that back too (at least, I can under my SP arrangement).

Statutory warranty applies. Additionally you should be covered by the Apple worldwide warranty should you have any issues.
Within one year, u just walk in Apple Store for warranty, beyond that, I don't know, I will give this one a pass once more and wait for a further fire sale after new gen iPads comes out
once the new models come out you think there will be Airs 2s and iPad Pro gen 1 still available for a few weeks?
Look at air one, mini 3 mini 2, you can stil get them, iPads stalled since 15.
The 12" is twice the price of the 9" :(

Early as next week actually for new iPad Pros, though almost definitely will be a minor update. This is definitely a great price nonetheless.
apple seem to be going for early april 4 event to launch new ipads, expect more discount on older devices after the new ones flock the market

Looks good, 128GB was $919.20 in the Vaya deal which appeared to be the cheapest deal at the time since the $982.40 Dick Smith deals last year. You'll get it much sooner through Dick Smith also.

Decent - picked up an iPad Pro for 777 last week with this deal. Quick question, what's the shipping time like? Bit concerned that it's been three business days now and still no sign of it leaving the warehouse?

Did you receive the iPhone with broken seals? Check the warranty to find whether it has been activated or not.
No I didn't end up ordering bc of the possible open box (it is a gift) and the iphone 7 hissing issue. To me, open box = instantly not new.
Have decided to go with 6s instead.
I ordered one iPhone 7 plus. Not delivered yet. I used to purchase with Kogan and it seemed ok. Hopefully I can get an unopened one. But I received the shipping notification that my phone is sent by Aus post. It is weird that the phone should come from HK.
Just received my iPad Pro, arrived in 3-4 business days, very happy thanks. Box was sealed also.
Received my iPhone 7 Plus 32Gb, sent by Australia post. Sealed box and checked the apple warranty website which said that the phone needs to be activated. Box is full of Russian so it is an EU version. Temporarily I did not notice the hissing issue. The phone is manufactured in Jan 2017.
