My 2005 Mazda 6 manual states 10W-30, yet Penrite say 5W-40 and 10W-40.
If you read the Penrite marketing spiel it'll say something like their oils are over-engineered so you can use a weight that is ±5 from your vehicle's recommended range. Thus, the ones they recommend for your car are correct.

Penrite oils have been really cheap lately. Either they're starting to feel the squeeze from cheaper competitors like Nulon and Gulf Western and are now trying to grab back some market share, or the retailers are using Penrite as loss-leaders to get people into their stores.
