6 Way Power Board w/ Individual Switches $20.95 Shipped ($17.95 Pick up Dandenong VIC) @ Electrodirectbuy eBay

110

Cheapest I could find for powerboards with individual switches for each outlet. They have surge and overload protection if that makes you happy (aren't these things pretty much pointless?).

Further discounts apply for bulk orders:

2 Pack $33.90 = $16.95 each (shipped, less for pickup Dandenong VIC)
4 Pack $59.80 = $14.95 each (shipped, less for pickup Dandenong VIC)
6 Pack $85.70 = $14.28 each (shipped, less for pickup Dandenong VIC)
10 Pack $137.50 = $13.75 each (shipped, less for pickup Dandenong VIC)

    • From 4 years ago, not the same product, different seller.

I'm after two smaller 4 outlet powerboards with individual switches…any issues with the Arlec ones from Bunnings (2 pack for $20)?

    https://www.bunnings.com.au/arlec-4-outlet-surge-protected-p…

It's Bunnings so you have (extra) peace of mind with replacement should you run into any problem, though that is not likely with powerboards as the manufacturer has to meet stringent standards and go through proper QC to meet Australian certification.

So if you're happy with the price go for 'em!

I have them, they are OK.

  • I am also looking to get a few power boards with a main switch or individual switches , any recommendation?

The one in this post doesn't appeal to you?

      • It does, just want to know if there are any options that other ozbargainers recommends.

    • Look above

    • Not Phillips. I got a bunch thinking yay individual switching! Only they are loose connection so they can't be used for anything you need constant connect. Arguably not as critical if just using for kitchen appliances, I guess?

  • Would like to know what everyone's experience is with Arista? I'm interested in buying a 10 way Arista surge protector but can't find much info on it..

    • tend to associate arista more with cables and connectors for audio ,tv, tv amps etc but they are not an unknown brand.

yes the 10 way looked interesting but wasn't as compelling a price as the 6 way.
