If you have just ported out from Optus to another carrier and are porting back in to Optus using this offer, please allow at least 3-4 days for system to update. Eventually if you keep trying, you will get through it. Its just matter of time.
Similarly, if you have changed to Optus prepaid and are changing to Postpaid, please give some time.
