3. Offer commences on 1/8/2010 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30/9/2010 (the Promotional
Period).
4. To be eligible to receive one 6 month magazine subscription to either Men’s Health or Women’s
Health the claimant must log on to www.thepromotionshop.com.au/beroccamagazine, download, print and
complete the claim form and send one (1) fully completed claim form PLUS one (1) Proof Of Purchase in
the form of a valid sales receipt PLUS one (1) original barcode (photocopies not accepted) from a Berocca

657, North Sydney NSW 2060 to be received within 21 days of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to
verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the redemption process or who
