im with baozhu, im too lazy to look up review, does anyone have it already and can tell us if its a good set of speakers or there are better ones out there in the same range.

"Great sound quality at lower volumes
Pros: Sound quality is superb and beats my laptop (amazing for a laptop) speakers.
Sleek design and relatively small so they fit on my desk nicely. Subwoofer isn't too big and is tucked under the desk and out of the way.
Good for the pirce (I paid $59.99 here on Newegg)
Cons: You get this gross staticky noise when you turn the volume up around 40% and above. This is bearable as I don't have the volume up past there much, but when watching a movie or listening to loud music it's an annoyance.
The speakers are also glossy which means that finger prints and scratches show up easy peasy.
Other Thoughts: This is a good 2.1 set for $60. Next time I buy speakers though I won't be skimping out for the best price. One thing that would definitely be nice is a remote, as my subwoofer is under my desk and if I want to adjust the bass I have to crawl under there to adjust it. "

Pros: I have always been a big fan of Logitech. Their products have been of consistent high quality and fairly priced.
Cons: These speakers give off a crackling noise. The noise is the same volume to matter how loud or quiet the speakers are. So when the volume is low, you can really hear it. It sounds like the same sort of crackling you would get with a loose mini-jack connection, but I've checked all of the jacks and that doesn't seem to be the case.
Other Thoughts: I am irritated with the noise, but considering how much I paid for the speakers, and the nuisance of going through a return/replacement, I am just going to keep the speakers. Logitech is usually so great, so this one problem will not completely deter me from buying logitech in the future. Maybe I can still fix it somehow."

can anyone recommend these speakers? they look like a pretty good price, MSY has them for $56 and these are $10 off delivered. I have read some reviews on Amazon and they seem to be pretty good, but a lot of them seem to mention getting the Z523 instead because it has an easily accessible bass control and the bass can be turned up without distortion compared to the Z323.
