Cheap prepaid SIM transfer

I have a few prepaid Telstra SIMS that will be expiring soon. I am keen to port out of Telstra then back to Telstra again soon to try and use them all in next few months. Is there any cheap SIM cards that will allow me to port out of Telstra and activate then port back to Telstra without having to buy credit? I am not keen to spend credits elsewhere. Any suggestions on what has worked?

    Any non-Telstra SIM card is suitable.

    I think Kogan has a free SIM last I looked.

      Do not use Kogan. From what I have heard, they often refuse to let you port out, even if all your details are correct.

    Be warned some telcos are now looking closely at people abusing port in-port out process.

    Get some Kogan sim. They are free and if you activate one tonight you can get a very cheap pre-paid plan (e.g. $126 for 365 days, unlimited call and texts, 1GB data/month)
