  I bought the Kasperksy Internet Security 2015 Multi-Device Box when it was on sale at Good Guys (3 devices for 2 years… still have 398 days remaining). So if I were to purchase KIS 2017 (1 Year/3 PC's) for $8, would that extend my current license by another year?

    Graffin, provided they are the exact same "flavour" it will work fine
    you can't add time to different versions for example

    KIS 398 days left, you then buy total security, it won't work due to a difference in product / features it will however allow you to use all your remaining time and then revert to the new version automatically once the old version expires

    Seems to be plenty of lifetime version on Ebay, probably not legitimate but still none the less paypal offers 6 months as a safety net anyway so you could always refund if something happens within that time

    I get licencing as a charity through special channels and it amazes me how office 2016 retail costs vs what I get it for.
